Returns & Refunds
All sales are considered to be final. This includes any initial payments for items that may be listed as 'pre-order". Pre-order payments are non-refundable. When the pre-order arrives in stock, you will receive notification that the remainder of the balance is due. The balance is due within 7 days (unless otherwise arranged within 2 days of receiving your notification) Failing this, the order will be forfeited.
Returns/Refunds will only be granted if the following has been proven/applies:
The item/s proven to be faulty/defective.
We are notified within 7 days from delivery of the fault/problem.
If a replacement item is not available you will receive a refund.
Faulty items/merchandise has to be returned to us before a replacement item/s or refund will be sent to you.
In the case of faulty items you have the option of a full refund or replacement item if available
Where prices change or the initial item was bought on sale and is out of stock, an extra fee may be incurred.
We will cover return postage costs on defective/faulty items/merchandise.
While we take the utmost care to ensure you receive your items in their correct state, to ere is human and we realize that mistakes do indeed occasionally happen. When your items arrive, please ensure to check that all parts of your kit is as orders/supplies are correct.
If you do notice a discrepancy, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem. This must be done within 7 days of receipt. Parts that have been altered in any way will not be accepted for replacement.
