Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipping

All items that fall in the weight category of up to 3kg, will be sent via Express Postal Satchel.  Processing time is within two business days of order received, and delivery within 2 business days after processing.  Where possible we post item/s out on the day the order was received.  Email notifications are sent out once your item/s have been posted.

Items that fall in the weight category up to 5kg and above will be sent via Standard Postal Satchel.  Processing time is within two business days of order received,  and delivery within 7-10 days after processing.  Where possible, we post item/s out on the day the order was received.  Email notifications are sent out once your item/s have been posted.

International shipping

All International orders are shipped via Standard Post (Air Mail) using Australia Post, unless otherwise requested.  Processing time is within two business days of order received. Delivery times vary from country to country and should be within 21 business days.  However, we are not responsible should this vary.  Tracking numbers are supplied upon request where progress of order/s can be followed on the Australia Post website.

International Shipping:  Included in the shipping is an additional fee for Secure Packaging and Handling.  If you have any doubts about the costs, please do not hesitate to contact me.  I will get back to you as soon as I am able to answer any queries you may have.

Shipping is calculated according to weight as set out by the Australian Postal Services.
